2018 Packers vs. 49ers Monday, October 15 NFL Football Game Online. The 49ers are led by head coach Kyle Shanahan, cornerback Richard Sherman and defensive lineman DeForest Buckner. San Francisco is coming off a Week 5 loss to the Cardinals, and heads into the game with a 1-4 record.

The Packers are led by head coach Mike McCarthy, quarterback Aaron Rodgers, and tight end Jimmy Graham. Green Bay is coming in off a Week 5 loss vs. the Lions, and heads into the game with a 2-2-1 record.

The Green Bay Packers and San Francisco 49ers look to put last week’s struggles behind them when they face off at Lambeau Field on Monday Night Football. Aaron Rodgers passed for 442 yards and three TDs last week at Detroit, but Mason Crosby missed five kicks in a 31-23 loss to the Lions. Niners QB C.J. Beathard was solid against the Cardinals, but couldn’t muster enough points in a 28-18 loss.

In the latest Packers vs. 49ers odds, Green Bay is a 9.5-point favorite at home, up from an opening line of 7.5, while the Over-Under, or total number of points expected to be scored, is 46.5. Before you make any Packers vs. 49ers picks, see what SportsLine’s R.J. White has to say.

White was SportsLine’s most profitable NFL analyst last season and returned $100 bettors a profit of nearly $2,000. The renowned prognosticator has also cashed big in the prestigious Las Vegas SuperContest two of the last three years and now turned his eye toward Monday Night Football. In addition, White is an incredible 19-3 mark on spread picks involving the Packers. That includes a perfect 4-0 this season.

Now, White has analyzed 49ers vs. Packers from every angle and locked in a strong point-spread pick. You can only see it at SportsLine.

White knows Rodgers has been dealing with a knee sprain, but looked healthy against the Lions. The Packers would have won had Pro Bowl kicker Mason Crosby not missed an astonishing four field goals and an extra point in a 31-23 loss. The former NFL MVP has 1,572 yards passing with 10 TDs and one INT. Davante Adams has emerged as one of the league’s top receiving threats, hauling in 37 receptions for 425 yards and four scores, ranking in the top 15 in each category.

The San Francisco 49ers travel to face the Green Bay Packers on Monday, in a matchup that will present a serious challenge to the young 49ers defense. There’s not much left to be said about Aaron Rodgers at this point, but it has been a bit of a struggle for the Packers offense the first five weeks. They rank in the middle of the pack in points scored, and Rodgers has openly expressed frustration about the inconsistency of the group.

I chatted with Acme Packing Company writer Jason Hirschhorn this week in preparation for the game and wanted to get his thoughts on the state of the Packers offense. On Friday, he talked about the strengths and weaknesses of the defense. Today, he gets into the offense.

While Green Bay does indeed rank seventh in offensive efficiency by DVOA entering Week 6, that mark gives a misleading impression. Prior to last week’s tilt in Detroit, the Packers ranked right in the middle of the league (No. 14). That game saw them get behind 24-0 before halftime, at which point the Lions simply played to prevent quick scores and gave up a lot of easy yardage underneath. In a more typical game script, a considerable amount of those easy conversions wouldn’t have transpired, and the Packers’ offensive DVOA ranking wouldn’t have made that leap into the top 10.
